This committee focuses on improving the physical appearance of King's Pointe to maintain and improve the property value for all Owners.  They make recommendations for improving the property (both inside and out) and oversee community work days, plantings and landscaping.  This committee also provides input on capital projects.

 

This committee is charged with developing and promoting social activities to build a stronger community fabric and welcome new owners and residents.  Events have included I-Cubs outings, outdoor movie night, community potlucks and party nights along with community dinners out.  All owners and residents are welcome to join us on this fun-filled committee to connect our community!

 

This committee reviews the financial operations and makes recommendations to the Board concerning the operating budget, reserve fund investments and the financing of long-range capital needs.  Community members with a strong financial background or experience in budgeting are encouraged to participate as our community seeks to implement a fiscally responsible long-range financial plan.
