It is with great pleasure that West Property Management, LLC serves the King's Pointe community. Service to the community is also service to our neighbors as Community Manager Jeff Westendorf is also an owner at King's Pointe.
West Property Management understands that property management is about more than dues collection, financial statement preparation, reserve funds, snow removal, lawn mowing and repairs & maintenance - those are the minimums. We are unique because we believe in building & fostering a community of neighbors by working within the community to develop relationships which will ultimately improve not only owners equity, but quality of life for all.
