Board
The King's Pointe Owners Association Board of Directors set the strategic direction of the association, direct management in the day-to-day operations and oversee the association's finances. 
 
Board members are elected by community vote during the Annual Owners Meeting to staggered two-year terms with three members elected during odd years and two elected during even years. All owners in good standing are eligible to run for the board and vote in elections. Officers of the Board are elected by the Board immediately following the Owners Annual Meeting.
 
Regular monthly Board meetings are open to all owners to attend and provide input. The Board of Directors may hold additional meetings as called by the President throughout the year.  The specific date, time and location of all meetings are announced on our website calendar and via emails to all owners.  Board members include:
